Not translated in English yet, but the great artwork is very easy to follow even with no or rudimentary knowledge of Japanese.

Feel free to give it a read and as always thank :iconseotch: for his generous work! ^^

Many thanks to Seotch-san for letting me know. ^^;

Updated 2009-04-12: Added a new RtL Korean Translation by Vulpes.

Updated 2009-04-11: Rev 02, basically includes a license change to the SVG portion.

This is a Right-to-Left Re-Adaptation of the Ubunchu English Translation, an Ubuntu-based manga by Hiroshi Seo, and translated into English by Doctormo, Fumihito Yoshida, and Hajime Mizuno.

In addition to retaining the original orientation of the Japanese version, this version features a custom Instructional insert drawn by me, instructing readers (unaccustomed to the RtL style) on how to properly read RtL manga. It also includes previously omitted sound effects and words, and some proposed alternative dialogue, most of which has already been merged in the original English translation.

The Ubunchu English RtL Edition PDF file can be read here or downloaded by clicking on the "Download" option above.

The Ubunchu English RtL Edition is also available in PNG format for anyone experiencing performance issues reading the PDF file. This can be downloaded here.

The source file, issued with a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 License, can be downloaded here,

If you like it, be sure to leave a kind word to the original manga artist. ^__^

You're also free to work on an Indonesian translation, you know. ^__~

OK so the Korean one only has PDF available, so no SVG sources. The Spanish version is just a load of png files, so can't do much with those, although at least they used the original RtL graphics and not my LtR edited ones.

Weird how none of these people emailed me and told me. :-/

Haha! Yeah, I found those on Seotch-san's blog. ^___^

Expected more given all the people who popped in on your blog to say they were going to translate to this and that language. But so far, haven't found any other translation. '__'

Hope you liked my finished product, btw. I tried hard to incorporate the very best of Seotch-san's original and your translation. For example, page 7 panel 2 still has all the custom box art you created (which was funny ^v^ ), but also has a horseshoe-shaped sound effect added to match the original version.
:icondoctormo:
I expected more too, but I'm not too surprised, the workflow isn't typical and the tools just aren't mature for svg translations.

Oh well, at least WE did our best. That's what counts anyway. ^^

I'll dump my stuff over in Launchpad in a little while just as soon as I figure out that SSH stuff. After that, I think I'll retire for a bit -- did kinda spend almost a week on this and want to get back to a few things. ^^;

Thanks again for everything. It was fun. ^___^
:icondoctormo:
Great stuff, well I'm poking the Korean version, it uses my graphics but gives me no credit for the work. Which is wrong since it's creative commons attribution :-(

He needs to credit everyone involved not just original author, publish and Korean translator.
