This is the first chibi character set created by C-chan. Initially intended as a means to create a pint-sized AmigaOS-tan for a forum signature, he also used the opportunity to debut a preconcept design for ZX Spectrum-tan. Her unusual color-clashed attire is in reference to the unusual four-color palette of the original ZX Spectrum computer. In her hands she's holding a "C-chan Bank" filled with Euro coins.

Except for the release of a larger size and the removal of the disclaimer notice, this version is completely preserved from the original Photoshop PSD files. None of the original SVG files contain the full artwork for this chibi set.

So cute! All of your chibi works are very very cute, but the eye style and facial expression for these two I think make them look the cutest! :D

Amiga-tan is looking very stylish in a vintage way (and wields a huge paintbrush! Hehehe!) and although ZX Spectrum-tan is a fashion victim, her outfit still looks great!

I have seen screenshots of ZX Spectrum games... AUUGH! TOO MUCH BRIGHT COLORS! But I really like the look of the original ZX Spectrum machines!

Ah yeah, if they only did something about those GAWD-awful colors, the ZX Spectrum would really have lived up to its reputation totally. ^^

But you really think there eyes are good? True it gives them more of a baby-cutesy expression,... but I can't stand that now. Seems so........ antiquated.... ^^;
